Breezewood Residents

As you clear your driveways and sidewalks, please put the snow on your front lawn.You all request snow plow and salting, but defeats the purpose if you put all back in yhe streets and the ones putting the snow in the streets haven’t even paid their dues for your years.

We spend all this money 4 times Plowing and salting the streets and including coming through again last night. Plus we have deep freeze coming this weekend.

So whatever you put in the streets going to freeze again.Also its illegal to put snow back on roadways and streets from shoveling and snow blowing it. Its also illegal to blow grass and leaves on to streets.If I see i will address with those residents

Bottom line have some common sense and respect your neighbors!!!!

To all residents, we are doing great things for the development. New island landscape cleanup and upgrades, pot holes fixed, speed humps being fixed, new signage at front of development, sign up for evergreen waste trash service reduced to $78.00 a quarter , savings of $32.00 quarter and $128.00 savings a year, new paging app system coming soon to communicate better, etc etc
